Do You Havahart?

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Havahart. All opinions are 100% mine.

TrappedracoonI love growing food for my family.  There aren't many things more rewarding than cooking a fresh, all natural meal with vegetables I've worked on all by myself.  Likewise, there aren't too many things more frustrating than seeing your hard-earned work gobbled up by intruders:  deer, rabbits, and squirrels are all waiting to help themselves to a buffet of your fresh food!

The worst part is that I'm a huge animal lover.  I would never put out poison or harmful traps.  Not only do I have pets of my own that could be harmed from poison, I just couldn't stand the thought of harming an innocent animal.  That's one reason I really like the Havahart Easy Set Large Animal Trap and the Havahart Easy Set Small Animal Trap.  They don't hurt the animal at all.  They are also really simple to use and easy to set.

Havahart's website offers Animal Trapping Tips for setting the trap as well as camouflaging it.  They do recommend that you contact your local Humane Society first, to establish the proper guidelines for trapping a wild animal.  The trap was recently tested and approved by the National Home Gardening Club receiving a rating of 8.5/10.  You can see their reviews here
